Wireworld's engineers have broken new ground yet again with the Ultraviolet 7 HDMI cable. Sixteen silver-plated OFC conductors are laid out in Wireworld's symmetricon configuration for a far greater precision. A new HD-Grip plug design has also been put into play for a more secure connection with the socket. This ever-popular 2m length is recommended connecting high-quality blu-ray or media players to screens or Home Cinema amplifiers.

The symmetricon configuration employed by Wireworld is a proven technology designed to avoid any data loss which is more likely to happen with standard round-constructed cables. Where most conventional HDMI cables use twelve conductors, Wireworld use sixteen in their symmetricon layout for reducing attenuation and ultimately providing greater impedance uniformity.

The Ultraviolet 7 supports the highest approved HDMI data rate, 10.2Gbps, covering 1080p, HD4K, deep colour and all 3D formats of the new HDMI v1.4 specification giving you a cable that covers as much ground in future technology as is possible.

WireWorld is leading the way in verifying the quality of all its HDMI products. WireWorld's range of HDMI cables are subjected to a very exact quality control and testing procedures. Each and every cable goes through a full electrical test and visual inspection. Only the samples that meet their strict criteria are shipped to customers worldwide.

Improved HD-Grip Connector Plug Design

Improved HD-Grip Connector Plug Design

Wireworld have ensured that the best possible connection is made each time thanks to a radical new connector redesign, which grips when in place and ensures a rock-steady coupling with the socket. HDMI cables can be prone to slipping out over time, mainly down to a below-par plug design, but disconnection woes are behind you now with Wireworld's new HD-Grip plugs.

Better For Budget

Better For Budget

Upgrading your digital cabling is a decision made easy thanks to Wireworld 7's sensible budget-conscious pricing structure. Whether it's just for a short-link to a splitter or TV, or a reasonable distance to a projector, the Island 7 means a bit more of your budget can be freed up for other additions to your AV set-up whilst overall quality is never compromised.

Composilex 2 Cable Insulation

Composilex 2 Cable Insulation

Wireworld have had a rethink on conductor insulation, and Island now is the beneficiary of the ground-breaking Series 7 Composilex 2 insulation technology. Much better performance gains are made by drastically minimising 'noise' (i.e. interference which is unfortunate by-product with all digtal cables). The result is less jitter on the picture output, where as audio, particularly in live displays appears universally tighter and more vibrant from this cleaner signal
