• The delivery service used will be determined by the contents of your order.
• Some items will require a signature on delivery.
• Delivery timescales may vary, especially during peak times.

Expedited Services

• Next Day refers to the next available working day.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• The cut-off for next working day delivery is 4pm.
• The cut-off for Saturday and Sunday services is 4pm Friday.
• Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched on the following working day.
• Some services may not be available to all areas or for all items.
• All deliveries will require a signature.
• Items can only be dispatched after cleared payment.
• For finance orders, items are dispatched after your application has been verified.

Large and Bulky Deliveries

• These can often be dispatched quickly, but may take a little longer than normal items to arrive.
• We may contact you for additional information or to plan your delivery.
• These items are not available to remote postcodes.

Arranged Deliveries

• These items are delivered by a specialist service.
• We'll contact you after ordering to make arrangements.
• These items are not available to remote postcodes.

Remote Postcodes

• These include Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
• If the matching delivery option is not shown above, we're not able to deliver this order to these areas.
• Large and Bulky or Special delivery items are not available for delivery.
• We do not offer delivery services to the Channel Islands.

Highland Delivery Areas

The following postcode areas are classed as the Highlands for delivery purposes:

• AB 36-38 and 55-56
• FK 17-21
• IV 1-39, 52-54 and 63
• KW 1-14
• PA 21-40
• PH 19-26, 30-41 and 49-50

Other AB Postcodes - Standard delivery available at no extra charge but courier deliveries will require an additional day to arrive.
