Nordost make speaker cables that are quite unlike those of other manufacturers. For a start they are all ribbon style cables, so they are extremely flat and lend themselves to running under carpets or behind skirting boards. But more importantly, there is a characteristic Nordost sound that runs across all the Nordost cable products. The sound is bright and highly dynamic and to be honest not to everyones taste. But many users love it and find it highly exciting and engaging.
Nordost speakers cables should not be mixed with other brands. So whilst we might often recommend a brand of interconnect to go with another brand of speaker cable we never do this with Nordost. We recommend always sticking to both Nordost interconnects and speaker cables.
