SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS OUTSIDE THE UK

The system will advise you of the cost of shipping when you checkout. At this stage you can still decide not to proceed if you do not like the shipping charge
Deliveries outside of the EEC are not subject to VAT. When you checkout the system will know which country we are shipping to and remove the VAT if it is not applicable
International orders are usually shipped by International Airmail. Depending on your country this can take between 5 working days and month. If you need to have the goods delivered by a certain date this method is not sufficiently reliable. If you wish the goods to be sent by a quicker courier method then this can be arranged but we will need to make an additional charge to cover the increased costs. It is best to arrange this by email or telephone.
We are not able to ship CHORD products internationally. If you place an order for a CHORD product to be shipped outside the UK we will unfortunately have to cancel the item. You are very welcome to email us and ask for our recommendation on an alternative cable that will suit your requirements.
