The AU-D9 is a small box of magic. It allows the end user to convert digital audio to analogue or Analogue audio to digital. Essentially a DAC but this one gives you the option of converting Analogue to digital too! If you thought that was impressive, it even allows simultaneous outputting in all 3 audio formats (Optical, digital coaxial & analogue RCA)with out any degradation of the signal quality. The CYP AU-D9 is extremely useful in situations where an audio signal requires converting to resolve compatibility issues. Again with all the CYP products the CYP AU-D9 feels solid in your hands and has a small footprint, so can be hidden away if desired. As with most DAC there is a filter to keep the audio signal noise free.
