The Isotek NeoPlug is a plug-in device. It's design builds upon the industry standard of a delta filter configuration across the three poles of the mains. It can provide highly effective results when plugged next to noisy appliances, for example, fridges, computers, etc. Due to the sophisticated circuitry it will never be necessary to use more than two NeoPlugs in a home environment.
The NeoPlug development was instigated as an intellectual exercise based upon the problem solving originally started in the development of the GII IsoPlug. Isotek's design team had already established that if it were possible to completely overcome the problems with capacitor inductance a device should work at an optimum level. The breakthrough came from an idea that was common in the 1940s, but is seldom seen today, namely gas discharge tubes. These have astonishing speed of response, but do not absorb significant energy compared to modern devices and in themselves would not be effective, however used in exactly the right environment with auxiliary circuitry they have amazing potential. Therefore, in short, the NeoPlug is an IsoPlug with an auxiliary circuit featuring multiple gas discharge tubes.
