Great image. No distortion or artifacts caused by interconnect. The cleanest video transfer from my DVD to LCD I have seen/used. Using the best SCARTS available still has a slightly edgy, distorted, smudged look about it...still can be very impressive but once you've used one of these you know this is a truer representation of the video and won't go back to RGB SCART. (Can't use component on my LCD (Philips 32PF9986) unless converted from component to VGA then to DVI - so can't compare component vs DVI but I presume DVI is slightly better being digital transmission.) Anyway...build quality is good and it looks well shielded - but not too awkward to use. |

A bit too expensive for some....I think I paid something like £130 with P&P. The only thing is I can't make myself send it back...don't want to...the picture's too good. £130 though...pfff |

If your system uses DVI you need to use it. They do a cheaper version. But don't just settle for a cheap lead that won't do as well as good component or RGB SCART cables. Use a really good DVI cable...and this is about as good as it gets....so far. |
